For the new people who is stuck in the first mission of Reconstruction of Byzantium.
Wreck the first city. Don't attack him while retreating to the other city (make sure to wreck that city's health), after that just attack those troops coming towards you since 2 cities will pop out focus on the northern once since, when you wreck that city's health where he is. He will retreat there (The northern one). After that just wreck that city's health and your done!
