Yo, so I am back after a long while. So I am back with a guide
So, how to do this level?
So first, do a couple of restarts until all cities are open.
When all cities are open, move the Swordsman-Swordsman-Archer into the Northern City, and then put Aetius on the two stack Cavalry and use his skill to take the western city.
Note: Michael will move if he takes the two cities right? Well, he also moves when you take your allies' cities.
So, how to do this level?

Next, after you take the two cities. You can repel Michael's attack. You need good generals though. In my case I used Cnut, Alfred, Roland, Belisarius, Lancelot, Timur, and Robin (do not ask me why)
After that, you can choose to annilhilate Nicaea or to wait for 16 turns
