After Bryan’s landslide re-election where he won many traditionally Republican states such as New York and Pennsylvania, he continued his quest to keep America going. He managed to pass new anti-trust and anti-monopoly legislation while taking a firm stance against imperialism. Meanwhile, the GOP is in tatters and has lost much of its appeal, leading to a new party to arise on the political scene … the Socialists. But first, let’s cover the 1904 DNC. Bryan has shockingly decided to run for a third term, a move strongly condemned by the GOP and Socialists. His only challenges for the nomination are Adlai Stevenson and Alton B. Parker. Note: Bryan will choose Boies as his running mate, so this will just be a basic FPTP convention. Gerd von Rundstedt Jeanne d'Arc As much as I like Bryan, this last move... Only increases my support for him! Viva Andrew Jackson! Make America Great Again! Hurrah for the Commoner!

I also want to be tagged for new polls when they come out; as for this election, Bryan is a decent all-rounder, though I concur with whoever said Debs. If Roosevelt was McKinley's running mate (as in real life), my vote would go there. Why Debs, though? Bryan was a true populist, while a socialist president would not only be a massive flip flop for the U.S. as a whole (there was a huge Red Scare previously, making him basically unelectable), plus he would not be able to fulfill one plank of his platform. Plus, Debs was also completely inexperienced and had zero redeeming qualities other than being a socialist (if that's the way you fall).

Debs is a good man, but full socialism with government ownership of the economy would be unstable and impractical.

Only increases my support for him! Viva Andrew Jackson! Make America Great Again! Hurrah for the Commoner! Honestly, I will let Bryan run for as many terms as he likes. Also, there will be a Republican Convention, but they have been reduced to a relatively minor party now. Also, from now on I will make an electoral map for every election.

Gerd von Rundstedt Jeanne d'ArcAfter Bryan’s unanimous renomination, the Republicans are tasked with nominating a candidate for President. The choices are: William Boyd Allison is the frontrunner, and a progressive Republican that is mostly supportive of Bryan’s actions as President. Theodore Roosevelt is a Gold Republican who is as progressive as our timeline. Charles Warren Fairbanks is a conservative Gold Republican dark horse candidate. William Edgar Borah is a progressive Silver Republican dark horse candidate.

I’m guessing your second vote is for Allison.

Alright, it looks like Gerdy forgot to vote, but I shall add 1 vote to Allison and Fairbanks. Anyways, Allison has won the nomination and intervenes on behalf of Borah, so Borah is now his running mate. This triggers Roosevelt to stage a walkout of the convention, and run on the Progressive Party ticket, with Robert M. LaFollette as his running mate. So now we have four tickets to choose from: the Democratic ticket, the Republican ticket, the Progressive ticket and the Socialist ticket. The Prohibition Party nominated Eugene Chafin, but he dropped out and endorsed Bryan. Gerd von Rundstedt Jeanne d'Arc

Plus, this Darwinism thing is popping up more and more, and he is fighting the good fight.

If you let him have 4 terms, you unlock the Viva Bryan ending, which leads to Bryan proclaiming himself dictator for life. Also, Darwinism and Christian faith can coexist. This is IMO the main flaw of Bryan (other than the paid speeches he did for that Miami real estate developer)

This is IMO the main flaw of Bryan (other than the paid speeches he did for that Miami real estate developer) I disagree on all three sections of this. For one, Bryan IRL firmly believed that except in time of war, a President cannot serve more than one term. I cannot see him declaring himself dictator for life. Secondly, the way Bryan saw it, Darwinism came through via generations of generations killing each other, not the loving hand of a Creator. Such "theistic evolution" was not morally acceptable for him. Finally, in the case of the real estate, that was pretty much the only job he had later in life. That was almost the only way he made money.

Social Darwinism is despicable, though. 3. Fair enough

And Bryan could find no way to unreconcile Darwinism and Social Darwinism. He saw the latter as a natural growth of the the former.
