I place 2 factories on panzers, 2 on guns, and 2 on bombers. This brings production to:
120 tanks per page
180 guns per page
30 bombers per page

Darth Nihilus only Greetings Chancellor of Poland. I have matter that I wish to discuss that I hope will reamin between us.
I'm currently seeking to return the Austro-Hungarian empire to its former glory. To do this will involve the invasion of multiple countries, the ones affecting you being Czechoslovakia and Romania. I have a proposition to make: I only need the Transylvanian region of Romania to regain my former territory. Help me a bit with the invasion of Romania, and keep the French from attacking me, and you may keep the rest of their country.
I hope you think on my offer. I have no wish to fight the current powers of Europe. I simply wish to regain the territories that rightfully belong to us.

Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov only Due to the current political tension between our countries, I will be placing 5 army groups along the Siegfried line (now the Hasburg line) as well as 3 panzer divisions and 500 guns.
I wish to be crystal clear: this is not an act of war, simply a deterrence. I still want peace for our 2 nations.

We can launch a joint invasion, as long as borders are pre-set so there is no conflict between us. I will attempt to persuade France to avoid conflict. Would it be okay for me to tell France that you intend to invade Romania?
On the other hand, Czechoslovakia is the only buffer state between us and the Axis, and so I cannot afford to have the Germans another mile closer to flanking us from the South and West. You can attack as eastwards as Prague, but no further. |

I also want to inform you that I have placed troops along the Austrian-French border, as an attempt to deter conflict.
Me and French had already had talks about Czechoslovakia, and they were also in disagreement *hence the troop movement, some things they said seemed... threatening...). I understand the reluctance on both ends, however I wish to continue talks on the matter after the Romania issue. Perhaps we can reach an agreement after.
