You've three targets, one from the start and two will be revealed to the NW and NE with their own troops.
We have one yellow gen who's defeat will lead to a full-scale morale drop for all Ottoman troops (ours and allied).
Weakening the starting city's walls will trigger the appearance of the NE troops, another target city and one reinforced yellow target gen who's defeat may lead to something.
Taking the city leads to the appearance of troops to the NW with another target city and a reinforced gen.
Any tips for this or just move northeast from the start, hit the reinforcements and move to the NW?

i only finished normal but yes. following certain move order was a success for me. timing was everything
everything but 2 units head to northeast including baldwin.
take a castle with the 2 units on the west side to reduce spawn. attack the other as well.
use your NE units to block allied gens rush to doom. use baldwin to swap him back.
trigger the 1st appearence with a non spawn gen by attacking the city. do not attack further it will spawn the big bad to early!
have spawn gen take position next to where the enemy gen will appear. wait a turn.
enemy gen comes close. attack him but do not kill. NOW take the city!! you must make the NW big bad appear so that he is on the map with the demise of his allied gen and get his morale shattered.
kill yellow gen. morale shatters, including the big bad.
sneak by him after recruiting some high level noble cav on alfred in NW castle and take city.
or if time wait for everybody to drop health.

just confirming that it worked the same way in hard mode today.
only thing there is that the NE forces even after morale colaps hunt down your allied yellow gen and you probably should protect him bc they do more dmg in hard mode...
mine had luckily like 20hp left on a single unit when i took the last NW city with alfred

I just tried this ok hard and lost tons of war drums for nothing. Bitter failure... The enemy gens with AoE-damage skills like Genghis and tons of health are way too strong and impossible to kill becouse their healing in addition to everything else.
I am not going to waste all my war drums for nothing since we can't even get them back with manual save reload. **** this.

I am not going to waste all my war drums for nothing since we can't even get them back with manual save reload. **** this. the key is to kill the enemy yellow circle gen only after! but immidietly! after the North East God general appears. he appears right after doing too much dmg to the central city. but agree its a crazy mission. |

If you are succeeding, just exit the camp, download and jump back in. If you don't succeed, download and restart. But be warned - this possibility takes all the fun away. |
