Hello, I’ve started playing European War 4 a few months ago, and I finally reached the North American Landing mission in the HRE campaign, but I found that I was unable to buy the potent gunpowder from the shop near Washington. Do y’all know know to buy the gunpower? I have enough medals.

Either buy one from headquarter each time the items roll daily or play in campaign in shops where there is potent gunpowder. The former may not be a great idea as it is more expensive due to unable to use trade generals to lower price.

New Items go in your equippment not to a commander (you can buy without commander) one of the 22 slots must be free to buy another item. If the item is black then you have this specific item already, probable bought as an offer in the daylie shop. |

Usually there 4 items of one art (here potent gunpowder) in the game. (2 or) 3 of them are on sale in the campaign-shops. The daylie shop offers randomly items that you don't own - this can be an unsold items from the campaign or the (3/) 4th 'shop-extra' items. We never know... I buy TOP-items (+6 atk, snair, crown) when they are on sale. Items: info |
