His weapon has the bonuses of richard's the second of such item. Slap on a couple defense items and you have a potential very strong cav gen. Will be looking forward to running double chinese cavalry of BA and JB with sepulchre on him.
Also since I bought Li jing after Ottoman Invasion came out I never got the opportunity to experience the magic of his old skill.
Def 5 stars for me
