You can send all the troops to cover around him
(Also save some resources to protect Calais, cause they gonna attack the city soon)
Then use Baldwin'skill Swap to keep the suicidal king out of the frontline
After that use Guinevere as a healer and Theodora'skill Calmness to reset Guinevere healing skill by keeping him healthy

I did it with two healers Adil & Eleonora, supporter Frederich (at his best equipped with constantine’s hammer, as there will be many enemy Cavalry units) and Baldwin (to hold the foolish king one step back from his ambitions  . Black Prince with defensive equipment or medicine tents is also useful - to put him ahead so to prevent the foolish king from taking more risks! Then, while main party is away, you will have time and money to prepare for French attack at Calais - Subutai is good for putting him in the castle (double discounts for archers) and Narses with archers and defensive infantry is a good option for a city defense |
