So I have Alfred and Nevsky as my main charge cav gens and I think I need some other ones. I don't know which one to get as their are alot of options. The choices are between Li Jing, Roland, Tzimiskas and Xiangzhi.

if you have invested in one of the chinese units or plan on doing so probably that one. otherwise tzimiskes
if you are real early game and wont have any but rolands weapon soon than roland.

btw you didnt mention baldwin and i will just assume you already have him but not his weapon. otherwise him bc he has a hero legend and unique skill.

No, I actually only have alfred and nevsky. I didn't put Baldwin or Barbarossa because their weapon is not f2p. I am at the 100 years war stage.

It depends a lot on the generals' special unit level and if you want to use it just on them or also for other members of your team. Roland is a little outdated in terms of stats and Xianzhi only gives +7% dmg to charge cav with his skills. Both are better with melee cav.
Li Jing might suffer from not having his weapon whereas Tzimiskes forces you to invest in a t5 unit or forgo the +20% from having (and keeping alive) Klibanophoros.
