Can we make mod ew4 on smart phone?

Military uniform from 1861 and 1865 It has a few machines that fit the era. But most of them were uniforms during the Napoleonic Wars. I would like to know if there is a mod with era-based improvements.

No such mod exists as for now. I recomend getting blue stacks on pc and exploring the mod community, some mods include all dlc generals for free and infinite resources. Nor much of a challenge but can be fun for a while.
