You did it. You beat exercise in Petropavlovsk, which forced you to buy anti-mine level 3 and ... honestly was really easy. You passed through the unfair gauntlet of Panama, then managed to scratch and claw your way through Hudson Bay and Gibraltar. And what do you get?
Literally just a rip-off of NATO 3 hard. If you've beaten the previous mission, exercise in Aegean Sea, this one will be a walk in the park. Your objective is to capture Cuba, Haiti, Mexico, and a port in South America.
Note: Air defense can defend troops two hexes away from it, so watch out.
Generals I used: Guderian (maxed general), Konev (maxed general), Rommel (near maxed L general), Rokossovsky (near maxed M general), Yamashita (only red nameplate), Donitz (near maxed M general), Nimitz (a couple upgrades), Leeb (halfway maxed colonel).
Donitz is literally immortal once you give him the navy medal, so you can use him to attack generals you wouldn't normally be able to hit.

Setup: Put down a bunch of super carriers, carriers, and cruisers. Put down all your super tanks, as many triple rockets as you have artillery generals, and some other heavy-hitters (triple heavies, triple artilleries or howitzers). I used two 4x mechanized infantries for some reason, don't do that lol.
Turn 1: Buy an anti-air missile for Houston, you'll need it later. Then move one of your non-general heavy tanks to that city. It'll stay there for the duration of the level. Move Guderian to attack Havana, and let your cruisers and carriers start whittling down the subs. Keep a few troops behind in Houston and at least one super tank + one general in Miami to defend against Rokossovsky, who will arrive after a while. Buy a nuke as well, cause you'll need to build 3-4 in the duration of the level.
Turns 2-5 or so: Once you destroy the rocket artillery in Havana, paratroop it and immediately begin moving your generals into the sea. Your objective is to not lose Havana, and move 3-4 super tank generals into Cuba so you can clear it out. Simultaneously, kill Bagramyan using your carriers and Donitz so Konev, Manstein, and one other tank general can move to Mexico. Do not engage Zhukov (Mexico) or Konev (Cuba).
Turns 5-10 or so: Your objective here is to kill or stun lock Konev within 1-2 turns of engaging him. Two generals should be enough for the job. Keep clearing out subs and coastal artilleries using your airforce, and use Donitz to clear out coastal defenses in Mexico. Once he does that move him into the Caribbean Sea so he can help there. Clear out the Mexican Peninsula and the entirety of Cuba.
Turns 10-15: Your objective here is to clear out Zhukov within one turn. Drop a nuke on him using a stealth strategic bomber in Havana, and then finish him off using Manstein. Clear out Novikov using your generals.
Lure Vatutin out of his city by placing a general at the Far East end of Cuba, and stun lock him. Your navy should be making its way south of Havana, opening up a route. Build a couple of subs so you can clear out the cruisers and take the Haitian port. Once most of the Sea is cleared out, send Donitz alone to probe the South American defences.
At this point Rokossovsky's gonna start coming for the US, so use your general there to prevent him from landing. Prioritize attacking their land units cause once they die their navy shouldn't be a problem.
Everything else falls into place. Nuke the Haitian city and paratroop inside, while Vatutin is stun locked, and continue stun locking him.
Troops lost: One super tank (Guderian cause I forgot to keep Vatutin stunlocked).
