I'm trying to wrap my mind around the title gems. Does this have any value on a max title general? Seems like Robin Hood type gens who can't reach max might be the most likely candidates, unless the gem boosts title above maximum.

I don't think so. It is a visible change, you can see the title go up if you put it on non-max title gen.
It is practically red and green gem of same levels combined as one, and very good for the lower golden tier generals like Roland and Beowulf.

And Title gems work best on generals with low titles like Li Jing, Subutai or Robin Hood instead of high titles like Basil. Either way a very large investment to work. |
