Is there quick and easy way to farm points for HoC after completing all hegemonies?
Like some quick auto-conquest, or otherwise very fast to do? Maybe even passive conquest where you could just skip turns, generate income and ally everyone without having to actually fight (with good consul and few high admins ofc)?
How do you farm hegemonies?

Thanks, though I actually just found this strategy out myself 😅. With right strategy, I can beat it without moving a single unit (except few basic swordmen I make & deploy best admins on, inside the Constantinople), in about maybe little more than 5mins!
I have Justinian with his item, 150admin for lowest policy costs, and gw ambassador and neg. expert added, both lvl 2.

I tried now after a long time to repeat this diplomatic conquest, and now that the time required for AI movement has been reduced, it literally takes 5 minutes for a match. I don't think there is a faster and easier way to farm HoC points than this.

Ok guys, I read the guide but It is too simple. You upgrade stuff for 5 turns, then pay gifts. However I don t have enough good for Turks and other guys and I can't achieve Diplo victory

In short, do this and you should be good, no iaps required, just Justinian with added goodwill ambassador (lvl2);
Turn1-2: Justinian as consul, buy lowest row policies and maybe city upgrade cost reduction, deploy best admins to basic swordmen to Constantinople and nearest citied and move them all to Constaninople area. Upgrade it and its workshop to max lvl. Then just skip until...
Turn 4 or 5: Make passage agreement with Anatolian and Rum. Keep skipping.
Turn 12: HRE appear, ally immediately.
Turn 14+: You can already finish it, tho turns don't really matter as long as you win before like 20 or even 25, it just takes a bit longer.
Most reliable way is to ally countries before rejecting battle requests so that you don't lose relations, but you can also just reject, skip, and ally all at once somewhere after turn 15.
Oh and just reject all crusader countries battle reqs, they will all be destroyed before turn 14.

Thanks the explanation is great. To be honest I didn t understand that administration bonuses were cumulative with generals near the same city

There is potential for routine kicking in and avoiding a few mistakes but I doubt I will get below 15 minutes. Still, thank you very much posting this, I‘m tempted to get the 1000 medals milestone at least:)
