Hello, I was recently playing the game, turned off my iPad and when I return I was back to the tutorial. I was nearly done with game, just need the Urst Trials. Has anyone experience something similar? Any possible solutions? Thank you  |

Here is the answer from dev in discord:
Q: I lost my progress
A: CLOUD SAVE VERY IMPORTANT. If you did upload your process to the cloud server before, you can get it back by downloading the data from our server. But if you never use cloud save, then all data will be on your own device and sorry we can't offer any help. Or if you mis click the save button instead of the download, that means your data on oue server is covered by the empty one. Therefore we also can not help you to get it back. But your IAP is binding with your game center account, therefore you can get your IAP by pressing the restore/recover button on the in-game shop page.
