They rotate around days, I do know the Dark Banner dropped a few days ago so expect the Light Banner to come by this week probably today later or after Christmas.

The hero skills is given to all general with the light banner ? That’s correct except the Hero skill doesn’t have any effect on your commander or any item with a similar effect. |

Hero talent of light banner stack with hero talent of commander. Already checked. And don't know why the banner gives 8 extra mobility pts instead of 6 as description. |

What are the skills ? Leader of all skills +1, ‘Plunder’ regen 16% health from killing units, and ‘Rumor’ have 20% to lower enemy morale |

How good is "Rumor" against magical beasts, btw? Is it useful in general? I haven't ever upgraded an item that unlocks this skill at lvl 2.
