I was looking through the list of Achievements for the Crusader States era and found that the Achievement for obtaining Hegemony as Antioch was listed as "Incomplete".
Checked my battle records and lo and behold: an entry of Antioch claiming to be the East Latin Empire and achieving hegemony.
Sent an email to ET asking for support but did anyone else encounter this problem?

does it say antioch conquered the world in the end? bc otherwise you might just have reached enough for the title and small victory.
but no. never had any problems like these

Alba: Legends of Vikings.
This time, my battle reports in the Conquest stopped coming in, I got an "E" grade and the whole conquest wasn't even accounted for. However, the Achievement which I aimed to get, the Celtic Kingdoms, was marked as Completed.
Note: I don't use S/L for getting back war drums nor did I use it at all.

Back with another glitch. I completed my first 2* conquest during the Hundred Years' War as the Duchy of Poland. I achieved Hegemony and claimed the title of Slavic Empire. I collected all three rewards accordingly right after. Just now, I was prompted that two were not collected: 2* nation clear and Slavic Empire. I collected them again. However, what was marked as "incomplete" was my attempt at attaining Hegemony as Poland. Additionally, except for the Mercernary Draws which were hard to verify because I used them, the rewards were indeed claimed "for the first time" again because I didn't see duplicates in my Items catalogue. |

i mean screen 1 and 4 are obviously proof of sth amiss so with that you could write ET and ask them to look into it.
other than that i think i can only say that i never had any problems like these.

Wrote to ET already. They replied to my first problem, but I don't think they can "return" my win and rewards.
As for the second, I believe ET will only be able to fix the bug.

I also had a similar problem happen with Poland being completed in my battle records and listed as incomplete. I emailed ET with multiple screenshots and am waiting for a reply. |

Faced it again with the Emirate of Grenada.
Honor of Conquest, Compete the Hundred Years' War Conquest with a 1* state once and Complete a Conquest with the Title of Arab Empire once rewards were suddenly available again.
Only thing missing was an attempt at achieving Hegemony with the Emirate.
My trick was to save after completing the Conquest and collecting the rewards. When I saw this error, I immediately downloaded the server's copy.
I believe it might be a local drive error in which the game glitches after closing it.
Still, the Alba run is the worst. No Battle Report or reward at all.
