OK. Some people in EFC says that this one's easy, however I still can't beat this conquest due to UK having crappy economy and troop-spamming enemy. How am I even supposed to hold the ground and mop up the Central power with my mighty Royal Navy?

Have a few militia hold your Canadian lands and move your few troops to take the Canadian cities.
The goal is to allow the USA to catch its breath and overrun the two continents.
Those in South America may assist in mopping up or defence operations.
In Western Europe, hold the front. Use troops from the homeland to stall for time / attempt to take a city or two.
For the troops on Cyprus, good luck probing the Levant for any openings. Slowly expand outwards and overrun the Ottoman forces.
Can't remember how I did it but I remember that the Canadian Expedition was why I had enough resources to overpower the Central Powers.
