I accedentaly upgrades my airstrike to lvl8 and now I am stuck with slow footed commandos instead of the mobalized infantry⦠is there any way to remedy this? They should at least give us the option whitch troop to deploy when sending out paratroopera. Is there a way to get this message to the developers?
ive been playing this game for a while now and since the new patches ive been able to 3 gold star alien missions (through the help of this wonderful forum) because of the new artillary and tank upgrades.
I am so angry I fudged this upgrade upβ¦
thanks for any advice or help or to just let me vent my frustration (this is also my first post, since ive just been a silent observer for years now)

Jokes aside, this is not such a bad thing anymore thanks to updated infantry tech upgrades that allow commandos to move 4 tiles (not 5 like motorized inf but still) and the added range for paratrooping and air strikes makes more than up for it.

The reason we can't downgrade upgrades is probably because Easytech didn't realise there would be a reason to. They probably made a flat assumption that Commandos' better combat stats are better without realising how useful the improved mobility of Motorised Infantry paratroopers is.

Oh well⦠i guess ill have to upgrade the infantry to get the movement boost and hope for the best.

A "Downgrade" never can ensure full Data-integrity. For this reason downgrading is prohibited by the android operating-system in general. This is not Easytech's decision.. They can probably set a setting where you get to choose it, wherein upgrading just makes new units available but you arenβt required to use it. They could probably set up a new paratrooper tab and let you choose which you want and even price them differently. But they probably wonβt, cause when you have mobility, no one will care much. |
