I started playing a few days ago. What is the best strategy regarding generals? Should I keep my generic ones (Commander America, Commander Britain, etc.) and level them up, or should I dismiss them and employ the renowned generals at the military academies, like Ozawa and Guderian?

Employ generals from academies costs less overall while giving similar effect.
