Hi guys, I recently got back into Easytech Games and when I reinstalled WC3 I noticed something new about the 3 IAPs, but Manstein stood out the most. They had a new button that let them swap out some skills in their skill set for different ones. I was amazed by Manstein's new set. He swaps out Panzer Leader and Defense Tactic for Lvl 4 Tide of Iron! and Lvl 3 Anti-Armor. I was wondering how does this impact the meta now? Is Manstein the number 1 tank gen now? What are your guy's thoughts on the 3 IAPs new swappable and changable skill sets?  |

I'd say so. When we analysed it when it came out, it essentially makes him Guderian with Explosives (+ better Tide and Movement)

Manstein is top 1 tank right now, he is guderian and patton combined. He also has max level tides compared to guderian's level 3 tides and patton's level 0 tides(he doesn't have tides). Manstein's explosives is also one level higher than patton explosives.
For Zhukov i think he is just a way better sikorski with explosives and ace. He is still behind Govorov in terms of damage but he is better at everything else( explosives, speed, rank) but i still prefer Govorov. Zhukov is the third best arty gen behind Manstein and Govorov in my opinion.
Eisenhower is still meh, explosives gets more use than his 2 new skills.

I think Zhukov is better than Govorov in the long run now. Govorov needs a movement medal but Zhukov doesn’t. That will give Zhukov an edge when that additional medal is good enough. Eisenhower is done. Spaatz beats him in the air and the new admiral (Leahy, according to the leak) might beat him in the ocean. |

I think in my opinion the best manstein is with tide of iron i tried with normal skills and with swap i see the diference
