The Aquitanes start off being hostile to us so I didn't do much for the first few turns but move my troops into position.
Once the Umayyads take Toulouse, Aquitane will change to being allied with us and we will get troops spawn.
I defeated Rahman and the general spawned again near Navarra.
Recapturing Toulouse caused Umayyad reinforcements to spawn in the Western sea.
On turn 13, the Umayyads suffer a morale drop.
When I was near taking Nabonne, Umayyad reinforcements spawn in the sea directly south.
This was a very close one, I finished this on the final turn. Near the end I panicked and use some war drums. I did messed up by not paying attention and losing Autun but the main challenge is getting Navarra due to the distance.

This definitely proves that Hannibal could've brought more elephants into Italy. Just look at how many the Umayyads brought!
The Umayyad side is easier, especially with a certain trick to deny Martel the chance to engage until the last moment. Good luck.

On the Umayyad side. Notably we are given no infantry. After taking Bordeaux and Nabonne the Aquitanes throw their units to attack our positions. After taking Touluse, the Franks join the battle and they get a ton of reinforcements, including lots of defence infantry On turn 11 I suffer a morale drop. Charles Martel spawns again when defeated but with the rest of the Frankish army defeated, the last city is swiftly taken. I finished this on turn 15. Overall with my faster turn completion turn this Epic Battle felt easier on the Umayyad side.
