I just unlocked Sakurako and i struggle to decide what role should i give her in my army

I just unlocked Sakurako and i struggle to decide what role should i give her in my army, I already have 2 inf generals 1 cav general 2 arty generals.I think in 2 options firts focus on cav because i only have 1 other cav general the second is to regroup one of my arty general (Grouchy) into her and focus on arty with this last one i have a major issue i almost unlocked Isabella in my last HRE run. It was 44 rounds. Isabella would make Sakurako obsolete on arty.

I don't think that You should train commanders as long as you don't have all items that you want. During the HRE-campaign Sakurako helps me on artillery, but I train her for cav (endgame). PS: Round 44 should be fast enough for Isabella you are missing other requirements (Campaing, Headquarter, Ressources) |

Erich von Manstein , i already unlocked most of the slots but i have space for every princess. I have Suvorov,Radetzky,Morou,Oudinot,Kate,Fatimah,Maria,Grouchy,Sakurako i have 2 Snare Drums, Ferguson Rifle,Baker Rifle,On war,Cavalry Piston,Blucher Sabre,Potent Gunpowder,Pressed Powder,War Hourse I heavily Disapointed in Grouchy and i also want to unlock Isabella (currently stacking L Medkits)

The ruling years are counted of different factors: - rounds of your conquest [R31 max] - collected ressources in this conquest [70000 max] - the Ranks and Nobility of your headquarter [75000 max] - the campaign-progress (stars / 420) [234* = 70000 max] european-war-4.boards.net/thread/13790/rounds-yearsIf you have for example less than 234* in the campaign, then you can rise the years you get for this conquest by continuing the campaign (roughly give 4 additional* one more year (93.3I = 1Y). |

Erich von Manstein , Could you please explain the mechanics of defensive items? Do they only apply when your enemy attacks you or is it a constant?

Erich von Manstein , ππ³π°π΅π΄π¬πΊ , I had my HRE run saved and i replayed the last 43'th round to see if i could get a higher ruling year and i got 700 years and i got Isabbella the best arty general in the game i inmidietly regroped Grouchy into her and now i will grind for 2 more aghas to max out Sakurako and 2 more then i will give the HRE run a shot

For your lineup, I would recommend Radetzky, Isabella, and Sakurako (on artillery). You have Radetzky and will get Lan eventually so cavalry on Sakurako is not much of a priority. By the way, where's your Sophia? |

That doesn't mean Sakurako isn't a solid general. |

Erich von Manstein , Could you please explain how does Attack and Defense items are working? Hi mathiascorvinus, very sad with your Sophia. Did you read the pinned Output-Formula thread? As You can see there, the Items flat add (attack-items) or reduce (defense-items) the net_dammage. They are multiplied with the dammage-factors (Evasion, Building-protection, Unit-Restaint-Factor, Spy-Skill, Transportship-malus). |

Not a good news, but not the end of the world. You still have Moreau, Isabela, and Sakurako. Refer to the output formula for how attack/defense items work. |
