So currently the artifacts I have are thunder, Kusanagi, bottle of life, gungnir, and mysteltain. My team is Genghis Khan, Washington, Nobunaga, Nelson, Richard, Barbarossa, Peter and Napoleon. Right now I have bottle on Genghis, Gungnir on Washington, Mysteltain on Richard, Kusanagi on Nobunaga, and thunder on Napoleon.

I am not sure if that is optimal especially Richard and mysteltain since he already has logistics. Is there a better way i can use the artifacts?

Also, how do you gain relics faster to upgrade the artifacts? Right now I'm mostly getting them from castle and legend mode.

The setup is good. Maybe I'd give Mystletainn to Washington and Gungnir to Richard.
I also like to have Thunder and the Discovery badge on the same general (usually Caesar) to boost the chances of critical hits.

There is no faster way to collect holy relics. But once you have maxed all artifacts they become useless, so just be patient.

I can't speak to the IAPs but my preference is to give Gungnir to my main damage dealer (currently Alex), Mystletainn to an archer for the splash and Thunder to a cav or infantry general as they fight up close.

I'd try and avoid putting Thunder on Richard or anyone else who already has Rumour though, and Mystletainn can be equipped more for it's healing power if you are struggling to find the perfect general to give it to.
