Normal and Challenge mode guide:
place generals on whatever unit you want, navy destroy near enemy navy, take the lv2 city near you, then another lv2 city east of that (which is the city your allies are attacking) and lastly the final objective lv4 city. you can also take the lv4 city before the lv2 city that your allies are attacking, but that is optional.
