Can someone tell me what territories I have to capture for all of the different triumphs? I.e. obtain title Arab empire, black sea empire, etc

During conquest, you can see the titles you can claim from the crown icon(?) on the top right corner. There you can also see what cities you need to be able to claim it. And the possible titles vary depending of the country you are playing as.
