At first look, it seemed average to me. However, when I started using him, he proved to be a perfect machine that doesn't lose health, and I don't even have his unique weapon. If he had a unique weapon and a lv20 unique unit he would be unstoppable, his maximum potential is incredible.

It's a shame that he doesn't have Hero Legend, but he and his weapon are free and he is DRACULA. 5*

I'm sure he's great in expedition. But charge cav is too slow in conquests. Perhaps he should have a Modao and gems for rapid march?
Which units will you veteran players give him before and after Balkan Heavy Cavalry are leveled up?

Greatest treasure general, especially if you have Lionheart the Crusader King. The nordic treasure (why I keep forgetting its name) has enemies so powerful charge cavalry recoil can seriously harm your generals.

What is your setup for Vlad III? I mean I've given him knights templar and jet black cavalry alongside his balkan heavy cavalry, but he's still pretty pathetic on the battlefield. I'll admit, his ability is amazing, but aside from that, he is in no way an offensive general in the slightest.

I have him with one unit of JBAC and two BAGs. Not the perfect setup I guess but he can move and hit multiple times without counter.
