Actually, you've a point. His active can be used on himself or allies for 3× detour/charge attacks at best, which is more valuable than skills guaranteeing charge only for that gen. This is worth upgrading his tier for. |

I think el cid, cnut, simeon and a fe ware better then you put them. First of all e cid and cnut are I believe the best infantry and archer generals who you don't purchase with real moneu and simeon plus John 1 are like Richard lite
