Guys I can't describe how much I missed this forum!
Simeon, our beloved Swageon, is no longer a game changer, even if I'm still using him (in Hattin Battle is very helpful to have a general with master commander and outburst on a triple camels legion ).
Today I want to show you the true heir of Simeon I of Bulgaria (or maybe he's the very same king straight back from the future, or from the past.... welp, nevermind!).
With the the help of @youanzhong we made 2 sections of the comparison: starting with free to play gamers and another one for an average pay to win experience.
All the tests were made in Nevisky's hero legends, stage 5.1, hard.
Enjoy.
PART ONE (F2P)
Here we have the basic units I've mostly used: lvl4 talent Noble cavalries (yeah it's a wonderful and cheap unit).
2) Nevsky dealt a consistent blow thanks to de Dunois's armour piercing skill.
2) Gao was greatly advantaged thanks to his attack bonus unique item, but most importantly by his active skill (in addition to armour piercing).
See how much damage has he dealt with double debuff?
3) De Dunois was easily more consistent (even without the double debuff).
PART TWO (P2W)
My special gratitude goes to @youanzhong who made this section. You will see that what matter the most is the troop's level as you can't notiche much of a difference between de Dunois and Richard on the same setup.
1) These are the units he used:
Noble cavalry lvl20 and full upgraded red lance (but no talent)
Heavy lance cavalry lvl20 and lvl5 talent
We have 9 gems slots...
Then something strange happened: Youanzhong tried to remove a gem in the first attempt (only 2 gems) and he used 3 gems on the second try.
Only 35 damage difference.
Then we have the real P2W comparison betwen Richard and de Dunois
Both are in a (heavy cavalry-gendarme-templar) legion, without armour piercing debuff (because even de Dunois managed to wipe out the unit).
As you can see Richard melts down the enemy, however de Dunois still manages to rival a p2w general (even if on a p2w setup).
