Is it worth it to upgrade knights templar to sergeants? If i have Frederick, Baldwin, Charles and Richard. Currently i have every general equipped with 3 of their unique unit. I am thinking about switching one unique unit of the melee cav generals to templar sergeant, but i don‘t know if this is worth it because they wouldn‘t get the 25% damage buff from the unique equipment. Templar: lvl 20 Hospitaller: lvl 16 Teutonic: lvl 9 Sepulchre: lvl 10 All unique equipment is at max lvl.

Probably you dont want to use unique units that are below lvl 12. Therefore recommend without actually knowing anything about iaps, if these are your only options and other units would be even lower Richard combi whatever you want. Charly: 1 hospitaller 2 knight sergeant or 1 templar, 1 hospit, 1 knight. S. So that hospit is in the middle. Baldwin and frederick also knight sergeants and templars and 1 hospitaller, and wait until their unique units are higher lvl. To the replace one of the units with their unique unit.

Thank you for the advice. I think i will go with that. Do you maybe know how damage buffs are calculated? Are all of them added together and then applied or are they applied in a certain order?

You should always do mixed legions. All three units will still get the +25% dmg bonus as long as there is at least one unique unit (and in battle, it is still alive). By mixing units, you'll get more legion effects and become much stronger.

Ohh haha, i completely misunderstood that, i thought that the 25% bonus is applied only to the specified unit and not to the legion. Thank you very much.
