So, I know that threads on this mission already exist, but people really struggle with this mission and the methods in the threads are not very fast or useful, as they still require you to overpower the enemy, who have far better generals than most people when they unlock this mission. My method can not only win the mission in half or a third of the rounds, ensuring a guaranteed 3 star completion, but my method also allows you to win with the weakest generals and troops possible. With the generals I had back then (Guderian, Konev, Rommel, Kuznetsov, Nagumo, and Rundstedt), I couldn't even pass the mission on even 1 star by overpowering the enemy, as my generals were simply too weak, yet with my method, I could easily 3 star it.
I'm 99.99% sure I hold the world record for this. I haven't found anyone who has completed this mission in anywhere near this few rounds. I don't know if anyone has found my method before I did, but as far as I know, I found this method first so I am "copyrighting" it lol. It's not even physically possible to win in less rounds. I did this on 19/6/2019 (I know, took me long enough to finally upload this) and this method was how I passed the level the first time (my generals were far too weak to complete this mission conventionally). Obviously this is without hacks or mods or anything like that. In fact I didn't even spend a penny on this game (so no overpowered IAP generals or medals used or anything) and my generals were not very strong. Where my army lacked in brute strength and generals, I made up for by using my creativity and finding the objectively best and fastest way to win. I made a video recreating my method I used, but be aware that I made the video years later. My generals at the time of my first completion were Guderian, Konev, Rommel, Kuznetsov, Nagumo, and Rundstedt and they were weaker than in my video as I had upgraded them many times since. Feel free to use my method to do this mission yourself to get an easy 3 star and pass with much weaker generals than you'd normally be able to complete this mission with, but don't reupload this method and don't claim that it's your method.
Note: My method for the 5 round completion is slightly different to my method for a 6-8 round completion. The 6-8 round completion is the easiest way to do this mission and can be done with much weaker generals. It is the method shown in the video and screenshots below. The 5 round completion requires much stronger (but still F2P) generals, and a very specific method, as well as a bit of good RNG. I will explain how to do the 5 round completion later.
So for anyone struggling with this mission, try my method and you'll be able to pass this mission easily with 3 stars! You may need to try multiple times as your allies' cities might get captured a round or two too early due to bad RNG. If you still can't do it no matter how hard you try, then your generals are far too weak and need some upgrades first.
I replayed this mission using my method just now (June 2023). My generals are much stronger now, but of course you don't need as strong generals to use my method. Here are the screenshots of what the map looks like on round 6 (when I win).
Here is the map on round 5 of my 5 round completion. The south of the map looks the same as on my 6 round completion. It's not even physically possible to complete this in 4 rounds as your generals can't even reach Williams in 4 rounds and you can't kill him with air strikes in 4 rounds either. So realistically, my world record can't be beaten! I did this 5 round completion for the first time on 12/6/2023. I will explain how to do the 5 round completion later (I don't have time for it right now).
