I still have next to zero idea what his active actually does. Sipahi is meh, MCav in general is meh, weapon is free (though grindy) which is good for F2P I guess. Will have to actually see him in action before casting my vote but first impression isn't great.

The difference between attacks when this skill is activated and when it is not is insignificant. If they won't change it, it is one of the worst skills in the game right now. The worse version of "Disturbance".

Wasn't there a skill that literally increased damage against you?

Wasn't there a skill that literally increased damage against you? It is "Rage". Companions of Cnut the Great have it. But Rage isn't that bad because you can buff generals who are able to attack without retaliation (horse Archers, for example). So even Rage is better than this...

It could be a monster skill when combined with Murad II, some calmness generals, and helepolis cannons. Morale has the greatest influence in this game than any other from ET. If you can get -150 morale in one turn against a strong group of enemies, itβs gg. Weβll have to wait and see what level his active skill is and how much it matters. Itβs like guaranteed mass Rumor.

I agree that potentially it could be worth having, the problem is again an awful realization. When Stephen attacks the difference between this skill active and not active is almost insignificant. Further tests are needed to say with precision what exactly it adds to a common moral damage. But so far any noticeable effects of it are of little importance because a target is already dead or close to it anyway. And using additional equipment or other generals is just a sign of how dependent this skill is to be effective. And, of course, it's only my hypothesis what exactly this skill does. Description of it is vary vague and, when active, no other enemies around are affected in any meaningful way anyway. A skill, players don't know what to do with and how to exploit it, can't be good.

You notice how no new abilities were added? Maybe I'm wrong.

Agreed, it would either be a niche against reinforced super enemies best case, or completely useless. Probably wonβt be in the top 5.

...So like is he a good general or no? Should I use him for endgame setup?

Morale debuff is useful for starters and sometimes a must for the mission. However when you think of end game it is kinda a waste because you almost one shot every enemy legion. If somehow I need to debuff enemy morale then id switch gears for that. I wish they gave him smt like "military motivation(cavalry) so he would be a must have general.

So far, I find him to be the strongest general of this update's batch, but this could also be due to melee cav being buffed in general or already having unlocked+ decent levels of Sipahi. The counterattack passive skill is also interesting.
