i personally love the german and the greek kitchen. german meat is just so tasty, i like all kinds of schnitzel, but my favorite isn't german, but swiss: cordon bleu
the greek however, has the better dish in total, gyros is extremely tasty and unlike the german kitchen, dishes are served with something tasty

Swiss food>any other imo
Eat something like raclette and you will never eat non-Swiss cheese in your life again. I recommend you eat it and Swiss people's house though not restaurants. Fondue is also fantastic. And of course the Emmentaler, the classic Swiss cheese

I love Italian food, if i could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be possibly be Pasta as I've had it for years. So Italian is definitely up there.
Ethiopian food is also great as well.
I also like Japanese food a lot, their chicken is great and sushi is awesome.
Chinese is also good, sesame chicken is great.
Still though, probably Italian even though their food would be nothing without the New World.
