The United States begins work on consolidating the tank designs of the second world War into a singular tank. The biggest issue facing many tanks of the time was their lack of versatility. We aim to solve that, and will be giving contracts to 3 potential designers.

China decides to invest strongly in civil infrastructure, including rebuilding the Manchuria region and make it a jewel of the postwar world. As such, we begin construction of several hydroelectric dams along the Yangtze and Yellow Rivers, along with significant road and rain work in Manchuria, Northern Mongolia, and the eastern coast. In addition to that, we will provide large sums of money to build up the shipping fleet for items like rice and other grains.
Furthermore, diplomatically, we will be happy to be a mediator between the U.S. and U.S.S.R., at which point, come twenty years, the world will see the true power of China's economic might. In addition, we will be willing to give 20 billion dollars and 12 billion dollars for the Hong Kong and Macau respectively, to be paid over the course of twenty years.

In return for military aid, we will do our best to advance USSR's interests in southeast Asia, even against China if needed. Limiting Nato's power there will be beneficial for both of us. However, USSR troops cannot pass to our lands without explicit agreement. |

More likely than not is the chance that I get dragged in, which is something I cannot let happen. And I would never act against you or your allies.
