Only for Gerd von RundstedtIf Sweden, now controlled by a far-right anti-communist regime that came with a coup, shows aggresion and if the situstion escalates, I hope that China will stay neutral, as we haven't intervened directly in Asia just like in our agreement, and I believe you'll leave Europe to me. Also, I'd be glad if you publicly denounce Sweden, it's not mandatory though, just kindly asking. Duke of Halland has banned the communist party and practically ended Swedish democracy, it's objectively despicable. So you can still condemn his actions while still staying neutral if you wish to stay so.
Pakistan and India seems to be quite close with the public alliance offer of Pakistan, ending their past hostility. And I don't know their intention yet, I'm waiting for the Indian response. So, if they attack you by any reason, you have my support. And if they attack me or Viet Minh, I hope you'll stay neutral at least, even if you don't directly help us fight.

The government of Luxembourg is concerned with the events occurring in Sweden. As a founding member of NATO we are opposed to the action of the armed protestors for killing a police officer, but we do not believe the government crackdown on dissidents will help deescalate the situation. Ludwig von Mises, we offer to send a delegation of 1000 officers to help mediate between the government and the communist partisans.

Only for Don Quixote de la ManchaGreetings,
The Soviet Union, the leader of the international struggle of the proletariat against the bourgeoisie, wants Pakistan to know that we wish to keep a good and friendly relationship with you as long as you don't act against our or our allies' interests, such as Viet Minh. If you want to join the WTO, we'd be glad to have you among us. And if you wish to stay neutral, we shall respect it too, as long as you don't support the Western imperialist powers in any way, and don't oppose our allies in any way.

Only for John MarstonWe, the republic of Luxembourg, wish to establish trade relations with your country. While we are a small nation with an insignificant military we are a large exporter of energy, which we believe can help you to develop your great nation.
On a side note, I will warn you that the "orientals" you wish to associate with may not have the same idea of you as you have of them. As the west was divided by centuries of strife, so is the east.

Only for Darth NihilusWe believe that Luxembourg can see how undemocratic and hypocritical Sweden is. They claim to be a liberal democracy, yet they ban parties and brutally oppress protests. They claim to be neutral, yet they're now openly anti-communist. We request the withdrawal of the Duke of Halland, the restoration of the previous goverment, and reperation for the exiled communists. The Swedish leftists have suffered a lot due to these brutal and undemocratic events, and the Duke of Halland has formed a brutal dictatorship, as well as being no longer neutral. He has taken power practically with a coup. He more or less seems like a new Hitler, and I believe you're anti-fascist. He's also openly anti-communist, so don't expect us to sit silently while our comrades are openly persecuted. If you really support liberal democracy like you claim, you can clearly see we're right here, you don't even need to be socialist. It's undemocratic even by a capitalist perspective.

We have offered to send a delegation to Sweden to mediate the situation and to hold peace talks.

Only for Darth NihilusI would definitely like to co-operate with Luxembourg in the long run. Having good trade relations only benifits us both. I would also like Luxembourg's expertise in industries to help us setup industries and factories so that we can modernize. India will be forever thankful and in debt if you help us. We would extend you military and political support on the international stage, if the need arises.

The term of the provisional government setup in India after the British left us is coming to an end. Elections will be now held regularly every 5 years, starting from this year. India will become a free, fair and secular democracy. The violence of partition is still fresh. People still haven't forgotten the bloodshed due to a 'line' drawn by the British. However, this is no time to brood on the past. Independence is merely one step on India's path to become an example of prosperity and peace.
Though elections are being held, the people of India have no doubt about who comes to power. It's the Indian National Congress, which was the main party in the independence struggle and also the party which designed the new constitution. Facing off is the relatively unknown Left bloc. All the leftist parties decided to put up a united front against the Congress. However, as mentioned before, the people of India have no doubts as to who wins the elections.
Dice value 1-11 : Congress wins Dice value 12 : Left bloc wins

The Congress party wins the elections with a large majority. The people of India have voted for the party which had a big role in bringing them independence. The left parties, though performed better than expected, have been handed a huge loss. However, it is a promising start for the relatively new leftist party and you can hope them to win a few state elections in the near future. As anti incumbency rises against the Congress, the people will vote for the Left bloc.
Or so they think.
For now, this election and this decade, from 1947 to 1956, this is all about the Congress. On the day of the result, the Congress announces that the new constitution of India is ready. Now, we truly have thrown away the British yoke and have finally obtained complete freedom. The people of India rejoice on the completion of the new constitution. However, some people do notice that the constitution is made public the day results were announced. Was the Congress pulling off a publicity stunt to gain voters? But why would they? After all, the people of India are firmly behind Congress. Right?
The INC adopts a socialist form of government where everything is licensed and the government owns all the industries and constantly regulates the economy, which lead some journalist and commentators to call it as 'License Raj'.

India wishes to have a warm and cordial wishes with anyone willing to be our friends. We wish good relations, especially with China because the time of the westerners is at an end. It's time for the orientals to rise and rightly reclaim the power and prestige which was once rightly ours, but slowly suppressed by the imperialists. Only for Gerd von Rundstedt I request a non agression pact with China. I have no stomach for a conflict with China. The future is that of the Asian dominance As the biggest country in Eurasia, and as the biggest anti-imperialist power, we fully support this. Only for John Marston If you support Viet Minh (or at least not oppose it), and do not support the imperialist powers such as the US and the UK, I'd be glad to have a good relationship with you, especially against Pakistan. If you intend to become socialist, I'd be glad to even welcome you into the WTO.
But if you wish to stay neutral, we can still be friendly with you, as long as you don't support the capitalist West in any way. We already have a good relationship with the neutral China, and we intend to continue this cooperation in Asia. Only for Eugene V. DebsI'm openly against any form of imperialism and colonialism. I believe that it is in the best interest of all the people that countries should be granted independence. We currently have a socialist government governing the country so we have our reasons to be allies. But that being said, we want to be friendly with all the countries. So while we continue to trade with you, we similarly will continue to trade and have good relations with the West too. We wish to stay neutral for now, but we will continue to have good relations. (you know me, I support the weaker side and it generally is not the one which has USSR . It may change though if USA starts making some moves.) The Indian government would also like to request a Soviet investment in the heavy industry sector of India. Even though I cannot probably help the Soviet Union in exchange in any way, we urge you to invest in India because we have good potential.

Only for Gerd von Rundstedt, Greetings. We are well aware of the advantages of your generous offer. Especially concerning for us are the expansionist ambitions of our northern neighbor. However, we cannot ignore our previous history and the fact that many Mongolian territories are currently occupied by China. Of course, for many reasons it would be unsuitable to return these territories at this time, but if you were to guarantee autonomy for Mongolian regions in China, within these regions make the Mongolian language official and require it to be taught in schools, it would be appreciated as a gesture of good will and I think we could agree to your proposal.

Only for Theron of Acragas As the Soviet Union, we would like to offer you a treaty of friendship and mutual assistance pact. We'd like to keep friendly relations with you, as long as you don't ally with the capitalist powers, or any of my or my allies' enemies.
Furthermore, we'd like to offer you to join the WTO against Nato. If we were in the same alliance, we would be able to easily protect you after all. Only for Eugene V. Debs, Greetings. Mongolia is only too happy to accept your generosity and friendship (have you seen our other neighbors??) If we were to join the WTO, what would be our responsibilities and privileges? We will have to give further consideration to this question.
