I wonder if Sakurako would have been a more popular pick if she had leadership instead of banner.
This would make her superior to the German Archduke (if trained), Same as Nelson on artillery (if trained), and be marginally better than Massena on cavalry (if trained), right?
Anyways, Banner is definitely not the ‘best’ ability.
