World of Flames is suffering from inactivity, but I believe there is a great way to solve this. Reforms! Normal users should be able to host their own private RPs with a license from an RP Executive Officer or Saltin himself. Of course, there would be some requirements before they do that, of course.
Requirements for a license:
- At least 250 messages on the whole board
- Has participated in at least 1 RP
- Support from at least 2 Executive Officers or Saltin
- Clean record in terms of RP rule breaking
A license can be retracted at any time if the holder commits a serious rule break in an RP
Some info on these private RPs:
-Private RPs don’t have to be completely private, the host of one can let anyone in. However, RP execs will still have oversight over the roleplays. Private RPs can be shut down at any time if the host is obviously using their host status to control the RP.
-Hosts have some oversight over their RP, being able to kick roleplayers from the RP, but RP Execs still have seniority
-Hosts will be expected to be mature and just. Just because they own the RP doesn’t mean they get any special treatment.
So, that’s my proposal, tell me what you think!

As long as you can gather enough people willing to participate and follow the universal RP rules, you can start your own RP. For example,
