Yah for Korea campaign and hopefully Conquest Map! That would be the best update so far.
On invasions, they seem to be saying if you have more than 120 castles, you could have one to three invasions points per day up from one now. That's up to 12 battles a day just to thread water. I have 3 to 5 star generals and normally have to play the side invasion battles first to beat the source. Not in favour unless the rewards get much better.

I read that as limiting the number of points that will open if you don't clear for several days, not as opening multiple points per day.

You might be right. In which case a maximum 30 cities can be 'infected'.

How I read it is:
Lvl 60 - Invasion unlocked with 1 main city. Lvl 90 - 2 main cities. Lvl 120+ - 3 main cities.
Each main city will be accompanied by up to 3 branch castles at the start. This could become 3 origins × 10 branch castles if left alone.
What I don't know is if 3 other origins will appear if you fail to clear existing ones.
Of course, this makes Tenkabito even harder to rush to clear, as we did. New players not only have to face high-lvl and powerful enemies, but also invasions.

Are they going to add warrior monk teppo in the conquest? Even in Ishiyama Temple aka Osaka, they didn't have it. It doesn't make sense that it isn't there because Shimotsuma Rairen is a musket based general who is also a Buddhist Monk in Ishiyama Temple, so shouldn't he also own his own personal warrior monk teppo.

I wonder if ET will add Yasuke in the general roster list in the next update. Though they may not since they didn't even add him at the beginning of the game's release.

But we’re finally invading Korea! Yi Sun-sin better appear as a gold tier super admiral hybrid or something. Following the game mechanics for ships, there will probably be a turtle ship (we got it already in EW7) and if it has cannons, Yi Sun-sin would have to be an artillery general with adaptability in both ships and war gear.
Unless we get another completely new unit, his preferred unit might be 16 or 24 pounder.

True, that could happen. Hopefully it does. Also he would also have good infantry adaptability cuz of his constant demotion by corrupted officials he always had to restart from the beginning of his army days in the infantry divisions.

In your guys opinion, what do you think made Yi Sun-sin such a great general? For me it's his absolute determine to protect his homeland even when his own people would constantly demote him. The last battle of Yi Sun-sin is truly the greatest embodiment of his will to protect his homeland. Even in death, he was still protecting them. Truly a great general and person.

The last battle of Yi Sun-sin is truly the greatest embodiment of his will to protect his homeland. Even in death, he was still protecting them. Truly a great general and person. This is probably it from a standpoint about reputation. In cases like this, as long as there's some remarkable personal quality, even losers in a fight or conflict may be celebrated. Sanada "Yukimura", for example, was the "best / outstanding loser" from the Toyotomi side, especially in the Osaka Campaigns. Of course, there is also the fact that he won the "super important, possibly decisive" battle in the war. His greatness / reputation would be tied to that battle and its significance. The English "counterpart", Nelson was made especially famous due to Trafalgar. It wrecked Franco-Spanish plans to tip naval superiority and invade Britain, and continued to ensure the Isles were safe from external invasion. We would be less likely to think of Coppenhagen (1801) or the Battle of the Nile, compared to Trafalgar. We can also consider other examples relevant to him or his feats, such as the odds of being outnumbered at least 10 to 1 at Myeongnyang and reportedly losing no ships. Additional considerations could be that this was the first major victory, especially after a serious defeat at sea when Yi was stripped of his command. Wellington, famous specifically for his ultimate victory in the Peninsular War and at Waterloo, was just barely outnumbered at Waterloo by a few thousand. The challenge was defending against Napoleon himself, with the backdrop of successive Coalition tactical defeats / withdrawals, and the near-defeat of the Coalition before the Prussians turned the tide. At Waterloo, Wellington made a name by being the main commander (or one of two) that successfuy beat Napoleon, compared to Yi's fame for winning against high numerical odds.

I think it should be the game anniversary soon. What do you all think ET will give us? Maybe discounted recruit? I saved 24k Bankin. Also excited to get my unit to max level (lv20) so that my general can 100% attack again after eliminating enemy. Let’s go Masamune!!!

They’re giving us two chapters. Don’t see Yi Sun-sin anywhere yet though. Ming exists too!

We get TONS of new guys. 3 gold tiers, 3 purples. And Gwon Yul gets boosted to purple tier Yi Sun-sin is probably the best admiral and a great artillery hybrid too.

For better or worse, we're getting more gens in the gacha pool. I wonder if ET will try the "free gens" idea from EW5 instead. At least guaranteeing a gen (if he is not a 2*-6* version) would make this better.
