Edit: I missed that you have Sextus Pompey, not regular Pompey. So yes, get Pompey, then everything else I wrote stands.
That's already pretty much an endgame lineup. I'd recommend that you seriously consider changing your Commander type. The majority opinion is probably in favor of cavalry, archer also has its supporters but almost all of us have gone away from infantry. Then you can add your pick of Arminius/Drusus/Bato, after that I'd focus on upgrading your current lineup, boosting their skills, getting some items. If you've not done Hero Legend yet, start, at some point it gets very difficult without pets.
