For me:
(Princess)
Sophia
Lan
Isabela
Sakurako
Victoria
(Tier2)
Berthier
(Tier3)
Nelson
Murat
Lannes
Wellesley
Dearborn
Lasalle
Artillery
Main: Isabela, Sophia, Sakurako, Nelson
Sub: Lannes, Berthier
Cavalry
Main: Lan, Berthier, Murat, Lasalle
Sub: Sophia, Sakurako, Lannes, Dearborn
Infantry
Main: Victoria, Wellesley, Dearborn, Lannes
Sub: Sophia, Sakurako, Lan
Navy
Main: Nelson, Victoria
Sub: Everyone else, but mainly: Lannes, Lan, Wellesley, Sakurako
I think that this is pretty good, and a pretty OP lineup.
I could have chosen Radetzky/Dombrowski against Berthier/Lannes, but I don't really use Defense Art anymore nowadays, so I didn't choose them.
Some other alternative IAPs are Davout and Jervis, but I don't see much merit in them. Davout doesn't even have evasion-deprival skills, and Jervis has only Leadership on land... (Econ Master is replaceable)
Who's in your perfect 12-slot imagination?
