Does anyone know how we access non elite forces from the HQ or elsewhere in the iOS update? I now only see elite forces and can not replace forces lost during invasions.

You mean WC4? Legion has been moved.
Go to Domination, click on the purple tank icon on the top right next to the missions and invasions bar.
BTW, you have posted on the wrong forum. This is EWs 7.
