I see Spaatz and Eichelberger in one bundle. How good are they and is the bundle worth?

Spaats is very good with air superiority skill but why explosive on him, it does not work with airforce.
Eichelberger is OK but worse than he is in WC3.

I mean Yamamoto and Dowding both have explosives. I guess Spaatz can be the same since he has 4 artillery stars Some external, non-air based skills are nice to haves to me, especially Rumor on Arnold and potentially Yamamoto. I look at Eichelberger and do not like him personally. Mechanist and Amphibious? He's just gonna have Zhang levels of power. I do not know if his Attack Guidance works with 2 artillery at maxed. |

WC4 has way greater demand for explosive skill than WC3 so it definitely allows AF generals to be more active in cracking cities outside AF coverage. |
