So I finally was able to get back to this amazing game (full disclosure- went from Android to iOS and now back to Android) I've been away for a while now. My question is which troops should I transfer and not? Already transferred knight Templar. I know before long bow wasnt worth it but is byz flamethrower a good one? Another question I've bought all real money gens minus the latest 2, should I buy them? Are they worth the money?
Last thing I'm sure y'all share the feeling but I'm SO SO SO happy I can play this game again. I stopped since I couldn't use my original account. If anyone could either message me a crash course on all the new mechanics would be amazing. Obviously I'm reading other posts but have a few deep dive type of questions.
Thanks again y'all

It is a very unfortunate time to ask questions, regrettably A time, when majority of players completed the current content (usually only a handful of players) or just lost their interest and stopped playing and a new project of ET isn't released yet, is known as a "dead season" when only a couple of players are semi-active and all others are on vacation. On a positive side it isn't very difficult to complete the game (or rather the current content it offers at the moment) with every possible decision you made in the past provided that serious blunders weren't made. And by "serious" I mean really serious, gross blunders like buying a bunch of gold generals without personal weapons and investing war souls in Norman Knights and Assault cavalry. Other than that you should be OK in every scenario. Yeah, some units and legion compositions are better than the other but we don't live in the perfect world, so there isn't any need to worry if you don't have Dragoons upgraded to respectable levels or your Sepulchre Knights or Garter Knights are still in their infancy. So, my advice is just to relax and to enjoy the process as you like it. I think it is a very rewarding approach. Upgrade units and generals you sympathize with and don't look for the "best" way, for it is highly doubtful there is one in EW7. In previous ET games the cost of mistakes was relatively high. But in EW7 they changed the strategy and the game is enjoyable for many casual players not only for old-school hard-core mammoths To be more specific, I completed the game without having Templars and Flamethowers at all and my Longbowmen are at lvl 12 (should be higher actually, since it is a backbone of armies of 100 years war and War of Roses). Yet, I don't remember I had any troubles with my current team and units. So, it's up to you how to proceed. Just enjoy the game 😎

Thanks for the response and info. I hope they keep adding to this game. I really enjoy playing it. I am sure they will do it. But, as they are quite busy with their new game, new updates won't be as regular as it was the case until now.
