A conquest-only commander, yet has Fatal Blow and Cavalry Tactician at level 2, Melee Cavalry Expert at level 3 and Irritability at level 1. That, and he starts with lieutenant, marquis and a pretty good combat stats. Anyone who has inside knowledge explain why he's not purchasable? |

Guess it's a case of not feeling overwhelmed by the sheer number of gens in the store by withholding some.
For example, Egypt has Benjamin, whoever he was, in the Fantasy era. I don't think he was added.

In Majorian's case, he was not just a western roman emperor, but THE best ROMAN emperor of the west after Constantine. This isn't someone you just "forget" to add. And you can argue he can qualify for a Hero Legend.

Frankly in the newest map the leader of WRE is Honorius(the founder) but not Majorian. I think this needs a change lol
