How does it work? Does it apply that statistic to every player unit, of the correct class, that is adjacent to the gen? For example, my gen in Vienna can reactivate arty units. He reactivated the arty units by Vienna. When the Skytrain moved him to Berlin, will the arty units by Berlin be affected?
What if my unit attacks before or after a gen with such a skill comes into contact? Same example, but the difference is whether arty units by Berlin will be affect if they attacked before or after the gen lands in Berlin.

The skill works only once per turn and the unit who benefits from the skill may not have attacked yet (moving before or afterwards ok). We get to use Marshall in his biography, so you can try the skytrain experiment there.

Only excellent medal can reactivate a unit, the one that Eichelberger, Marshall and Tolbukhim have are chaining one of the adjacent units that is the designated type to attack together with the gen, units that had already attacked won’t be affected.
