May i ask something regarding wc4 modding on how to declare war on allies or changing the declare war to donation instead.

May i ask something regarding wc4 modding on how to declare war on allies or changing the declare war to donation instead. A specialized modification of the file lib.so is required. You cannot modify it manually unless you cracked it. Some people possess it but they have no knowledge about the file. |

Did some mod like korean dream and great patriotic war mod if I'm not mistaken has both version of it so i wonder did they modify it themselves manually? |

A lot of mods now use the declare war option, including my WC4 The Nuclear War Mod. They did not modify them themselves, initially, they used the lib.so file left by CCW615, a retired chinese modder. |
