I have 3 Tenka Fubu set: sword, armor, book I don't have the horse yet, it said "Purchase after unlocking Sakado" So what's Sakado? Is it a place or I can obtain it from quest, mission or somthing else?  |

It means that you unlock it by building the sakado city in the tenkabito mode. If you have build it, then it might appear in treasure pavilion in one of three forms: Ban-kin,Broken blade, or Black iron.
