As far as i know, you just have to survive, you cant really get to him or destroy him either, so yeh good luck 🤞

I have lvl 16 enemies. Probably gonna fight when I have lvl 6-8 troops.
I think using Shimazu Yoshihiro and Sakai Tadatsugu (and Honda Tadakatsu if he's in) is required to force a break through.
The cannon hits HARD.

Actually, with lvl 6 troops, I almost won in a defensive set-up. It's the offensive set-up that I had problems with, against my now lvl 17 enemies. All enemy war gears regain HP for some absurd reason and the Destroyer hits hard. The blockade is hard to break, but that's partly because I don't have the IAP shop's Ban-kin troops and stuck to lvl 6 for all my forces.
 Lvl 7 special troops and assigning Ieyasu and Motochika on their unique troops did the trick. While holding the enemy vanguard back, I sent my gens to attack the ranged forces (archer and 2 rifle units). Defeating most or all cav units, and/or time is the trigger for the second wave. Some stayed to defeat the riflemen and the others re-entered the city. Then, I send some to attack the incoming war gears. Thankfully, some active skills were available around the same time, allowing me to weaken and defeat both Otomo commanders when they approached. Victory be defeating all enemy units. |

I let the cavalry attack the city first,once you clean them, you can go for the Firearms until the general enemy heals and attack's your city.
I send Tokugawa, Katsuie and Sanada out for the firearms, while Oda and Hideyoshi stay.
The cannon Kill Tokugawa at almost full health, at the end only Oda, Hediyoshi and Sanada were alive.
