How do you, guys, solve the problem of rare materials like Rhino skin or Silk. I farm chapters of Chosokabe and Mori non-stop since day one and haven't ever had enough of these. I am still unprepared to buy it in the VIP shop, but I can't find other stable sources of income.

It seems like I'm getting advanced material rewards (silk, gold, rhino skin, etc) from beating the "hard stage" levels in expedition, but I'm chronically short of advanced materials as well. I've got a wealth of basic materials for purple items, but I'm doing very well in those thanks to re-rolling legendary story sweeps. That last I expect will be considered a bug rather than a feature by the developers, so it may go away in future updates.
Edit: on further study it seems more like a chance of advanced materials.

For me it's iron plates and I don't have Yoshihisa yet. The first four of this week's expeditions gave me 9 pieces in total, which is not enough. I could re-roll daily missions or wait for the next update to hopefully create new means of collecting these materials.

All I do is sweeping Mori and Chosokabe non-stop. And, yes, I am still desperately in need to them, and also iron plates.
