Hey so i was looking at my documents today and dound my EW4 data folder and i took a look at it.I opened and i got this thing:

Its a list with generals names stars skills and prices.Now my question here is, if i edit anything of that like lets take an example of dobeln and reduce his price to 50 medals will it actually be reduced?can i *Auto corrected* up the game and must restart everything if i edit this?
Im an android user btw.
