Should I upgrade my "Eyes Covered" General or buy another General? If so which General should I buy? Also how do I get nukes and what should I upgrade in the HQ? What is the best way to get medals and how do I level up HQ?
I just started so I have a lot of questions and there isn't really a tutorial. Thanks in advance for the help.

buying from accedemies is way cheaper. next general depends on what generals you currently have, but try to start with badoglio-ozawa-guderian.
dont upgrade fort tech, your not going to need it, upgrade air force asap to para motorized infantery, thats incredibelly handy

The only general I have is an eyes covered one I havn't upgraded at all and I'm only level 3 HQ. I have about 520 medals or something

What wonders should I build and what things should I upgrade? Do the generals appear in the academy the higher your HQ level is or what?

From what I've read from others here, it is advised that you save money and upgrade no technology until you build Great Pyramids and City of Cuzco, so you can get medals over time while progressing through. Also, generals of higher initial rank appear as your HQ level raises, and stops appearing at lv18 when Marshal-ranks appear. |

It also depends on how well you do in your progress. If you have a hard time progressing with your current troop then I suggest upgrading units from HQ or building gold generating wonders. If you are doing fine then save all the way to medal wonders.
